Attempted Burglaries & Theft – Kenilworth

ATTEMPT BURGLARY AND THEFT

Please be aware that between 08.00hrs and 11.40hrs on Tuesday 8 January 2019 two white male offenders in a white Ford Transit motor vehicle with an orange light on its roof attempted to force open a garage by driving the vehicle at the garage doors at a property on Crackley Lane, Kenilworth. The offenders are also believed to have entered the garden of the property and stolen a copper pot.

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY

Please be aware that between 08.00hrs and 12.30hrs on Tuesday 8 January 2019 offenders have attempted to force entry to a garage by trying to force a padlock off at a garage situated on Whitemoor Road, Kenilworth.

Theft of number plate, Whites Row, Kenilworth

Please be aware that at some point between Thursday 27 December 2018 and Friday 4 January 2019 offenders have removed and stolen the rear number plate from a blue Citroen Berlingo motor vehicle parked at Whites Row, Kenilworth.

Burglaries – Abbey End & Woodcote Avenue, Kenilworth

Please be aware that offenders have forced entry through the doors of an annex to the rear of a property at Abbey End, Kenilworth. Once inside the offenders have carried out an untidy search. It is not possible at this stage to detail what may have been stolen.

At some point between Wednesday 26 December 2018 and 05.00hrs on Friday 4 January 2019 offenders have forced a bedroom window and broken into a property at Woodcote Avenue, Kenilworth. Once inside the property an untidy search has been made by the offenders. It is not possible at this stage to detail what may have been stolen.

Number Plate Thefts in Kenilworth

Between Friday 21 December 2018 and Monday 31 December 2018 offenders have removed and stolen the number plates from a blue Audi A3 parked at Common Lane Industrial Estate, Common Lane, Kenilworth.

Between 16.00hrs on Friday 28 December and 08.00hrs on Monday 31 December 2018 offenders have removed the rear number plate from a white Mercedes box van parked at Common Lane Industrial Estate, Common Lane, Kenilworth but left the number plate nearby perhaps having been disturbed.

Theft, Burglary & Criminal Damage – Kenilworth

Three incidents of note in Kenilworth have taken place since the Christmas holiday, the details are as follows:

 

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Between 16.30hrs on Thursday 27 December and 10.00hrs Friday 28 December 2018 offenders have scratched a large section of the nearside of a red Vauxhall Aguila motor vehicle parked on the road at Regency Drive, Kenilworth.

THEFT

Please be aware that around 09.30hrs on Friday 28 December 2018 offenders broke into a delivery vehicle parked on the frontage of commercial premises in the Clarke’s Avenue vicinity of Warwick Road, Kenilworth. A padlock on the vehicle was forced off with a quantity of cigarettes stolen estimated to be over £1000 in value.

BURGLARY

Please be aware that between 09.00hrs and 18.30hrs on Friday 28 December 2018 offenders have forced a kitchen window and damaged a rear door at a property at Upper Rosemary Hill, Kenilworth. Once inside the property the offenders have carried out an untidy search. At this stage it is not possible to say what may have been stolen.
