Burglary, Attempted Burglary & Attempted Theft – Kenilworth

Burglary

Please be aware that between 1530hrs and 1810hrs on Wednesday 5 November 2025 offender/s have broken into a property through an upstairs bedroom window via a flat roof at Red Lane, Burton Green, Kenilworth. Once inside the offender/s have made an untidy search and stolen a number of items of jewellery.

Attempted Burglary

Please be aware that overnight between Tuesday 4 November and Wednesday 5 November 2025 four offenders have attempted to break into a property at Thickthorn Close, Kenilworth. The offender/s tried to enter the property by rear doors and damaged the locks doing so but were unable to gain entry.

Attempted Theft

Please be aware that at approximately 1210hrs on Thursday 6 November 2025 two youths wearing black motorcycle helmets were witnessed trying to snap the lock of a motorcycle parked at Abbey Fields Car Park, Bridge Street, Kenilworth. There were a number of witnesses and the offenders made off without stealing the motorcycle. The headed off towards Balsall Common on a black 125 motorcycle.

Appeal for Witnesses – Leamington Road, Kenilworth

Warwickshire Police are appealing for witnesses or information after a man died following a collision in Kenilworth last night (Sunday 2 November).

Emergency services were called to Leamington Road, Kenilworth at around 8.20pm, following a report of a car in collision with a pedestrian.

The pedestrian, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital by ambulance where he sadly later died. His next of kin has been informed and will be supported by specialist officers.

A 39-year-old man from Kenilworth was arrested at the scene on suspicion of death by dangerous driving. He is currently in police custody.

Road closures were in place while emergency services were in attendance.

Vehicle Interference & Criminal Damage – Kenilworth

Please be aware that at approximately 2215hrs on Friday 31 October 2025 two offenders attacked and damaged a black BMW convertible motor vehicle that was parked at a property at Lulworth Park, Kenilworth

Two male offenders were seen running away and were described as:

Male 1  – Black tracksuit with hi vis stripes on the bottom of the legs. 

Male 2 – Black trousers, black jacket with white shoulders and white hood.

Boiler Burglaries – Kenilworth

Please be aware that between 1800hrs on Thursday 30 October and 0800hrs on Friday 31 October 2025 offenders have ripped off alarms, smashed patio doors and stolen central heating boilers from nine properties at Thickthorn Gardens (New Build), Kenilworth.

Car Key Burglary – Kenilworth

Car Key Burglary

Please be aware that between 2200hrs on Monday 27 October and 0600hrs on Tuesday 28 October 2025 offenders have snapped the locks on conservatory doors at a property in Moseley Road, Kenilworth and taken the keys to a BMW motor vehicle parked outside. The vehicle was then stolen.

Please be aware that between 2030hrs on Wednesday 29 October and 0300hrs on Thursday 30 October 2025 offenders have stolen a number of items from a motor vehicle parked at Towers Close, Kenilworth.
