Garden Shed Burglaries – Burton Green

BURGLARY

Please be aware that between 22.00hrs on Sunday 7 July and 09.00hrs on Monday 8 July 2019 offenders have broken into a shed situated in the rear garden of a property at Cromwell Lane, Burton Green, Kenilworth. Offenders forced off a padlock and stole 2 chainsaws, and a strimmer.

BURGLARY

Please be aware that between 21.00hrs on Sunday 7 July and 10.30hrs on Monday 8 July 2019 offenders have forced the patio doors to a summer house situated in the rear garden of a property at Cromwell Lane, Burton Green, Kenilworth. Offenders smashed a window to a small shed to look inside and also entered a secured shed nearby by unknown means but no items were stolen.

BURGLARY

Please be aware that it is believed that overnight between Sunday 7 July and Monday 8 July 2019 offenders have broken into a garage at a property at Cromwell Lane, Burton Green, Kenilworth by removing the window. It is not known at this stage what, if anything, was stolen.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Please be aware that overnight between Sunday 7 July and Monday 8 July 2019 offenders have cut through wire fencing to the rear garden of a property at Cromwell Lane, Burton Green, Kenilworth possibly to gain access to the grounds of the property.

Garage Burglary – Kenilworth

Please be aware that overnight between Friday 5 July and Saturday 6 July 2019 offenders have broken into a garage at The Mews, off Caesar Road, Kenilworth. Once inside the garage the offenders have carried out an untidy search.

THEFT

Please be aware that at some point on 3 July 2019 before 21.00hrs offenders have stolen the rear registration plate of a VW Transporter van parked at Fieldgate Lane, Kenilworth.

Please be aware that between 23.30hrs on Friday 5 July and 12.30hrs on Saturday 7 July 2019 offenders have stolen two hanging baskets from the front garden of a property at Whitemoor Road, Kenilworth.

Theft from Vehicle – Kenilworth

Please be aware that overnight between 19.30hrs on Tuesday 2 July and 07.00hrs on Wednesday 3 July 2019 offenders have tampered with the locks and broken into a white Ford Transit van parked at Albion Street, Kenilworth. A wallet with bank cards was stolen. Subsequently, the bank cards have been used by offenders.

Thefts & Attempted Burglary – Kenilworth

Vehicle Theft

Please be aware that between 23:30hrs on Sunday 30 June and 07:15hrs on Monday 1 July 2019 offenders stole a dark blue BMW 7 Series from the driveway at a property at Lindisfarne Drive, Kenilworth. There were no signs of forced entry into the property and the victim has the vehicle keys.

Vehicle Interference

Please be aware that between 22:45hrs Sunday 30 June and 03:20hrs on Monday 1 July 2019 offenders entered a grey Volvo XC60 that was parked on the driveway of a property at  Hawkesworth Drive, Kenilworth. No items are believed to have been stolen.

Theft from Vehicle

Please be aware that between 16:00hrs on Friday 28 June and 07:00hrs Monday 1 July 2019 offenders have caused damage to a white Ford Transit that was parked on commercial premises at Princes Drive, Kenilworth. The offenders stole the spare wheel from the vehicle.

Theft from Vehicle

Please be aware that between 10.15hrs and 16.00hrs on Saturday 30 June 2019 a offenders interfered with the rear doors locks of a silver Vauxhall Vivaro van parked at Leisure Facilities, Warwick Road, Leek Wootton. The offenders stole 4 “Makita” drills together with 5 power packs/batteries as well as taking two sets of luggage.

Attempted Burglary

Please be aware that between Thursday 27 June and Monday 1 July 2019 offenders have smashed and jemmied open a rear kitchen window of a property at Windy Arbour, Kenilworth. A security light has also been ripped out. It appears the offenders were unable to access the contents of the property.
