Please be advised that due to heavy rainfall the Ford on the B4103 (between Smalley Place and Clinton Lane/Castle Hill, Kenilworth is impassable and the situation is further compounded by a large tree that has fallen across the carriageway immediately adjacent to the Ford and blocking any usage of the public highway.

Please avoid this area for the next few hours and seek an alternative route.

Please be aware that between 1400hrs and 1720hrs on Monday 30 December 2024 offenders have removed and stolen fog lamps from a grey Audi A1 motor vehicle that was parked at Forrest Road, Kenilworth.

Please be aware that during the early hours of Wednesday 1st January 2025 at approximately 02:30hrs unknown offender(s) forced entry into a residential property in Raglan Grove, Kenilworth.

Electronic items and jewellery were stolen from within the property.

Please be aware that between 1600hrs and 1700hrs on Saturday 22 December 2024 two offenders have forced entry to a garage at a property on Highland Road, Kenilworth. Once the offenders were inside the garage, they have then made entry to the property via a side door. It is not clear at this stage what, if anything, has been stolen.

Please be aware that Warwickshire Police have advised that at just after 1800hrs on Friday 20 December 2024 officers were called to residences near a business on Rouncil Lane, Kenilworth following the report of a death.

A man was sadly found deceased inside one of the residences, having received multiple injuries.

Following this at 1830hrs a 43-year-old man from Somerton, Somerset was arrested on suspicion of murder and possession of class A drugs.

An investigation is taking place at this time. Warwickshire Police have said they will release more information when they are able to do so.

There is no risk to the wider public.
