Burglary & Attempted Burglary – Kenilworth

Burglary

Please be aware that between 1345hrs and 1830hrs on Monday 28 November 2022 offender/s have forced the rear patio doors of a property at Brookside Avenue, Kenilworth and gained entry to the premises.

Once inside the offender/s have carried out a search removing drawers and items such as jewellery boxes. 

This is incident 263 of 28 November 2022.

Attempted Burglary

Please be aware that at approximately 2200hrs on Monday 28 November 2022 offender/s attempted to gain entry to a property at Red Lane, Burton Green, Kenilworth.

The householder saw a figure outside smash the glass on an external door, the offender realised a person was present inside the property so then made off without gaining entry.

It is believed the offender/s may have been trying to obtain the keys to a motor vehicle parked at the address.

Burglary – Kenilworth

Please be aware that between 0100hrs and 0200hrs offenders have broken into a property at Aspen Court, (off Dencer Drive), Kenilworth

The offenders forced the lock of a rear door to the property and once inside made a search believed to be to locate the keys of motor vehicles parked at the address. 

The offenders  were disturbed by the householders dog and made off in black BMW saloon.

Burglary – Kenilworth


Please be aware that between 1500hrs on Friday 28 October and 1700hrs on Saturday 29 October 2022 offenders have broken into a property at Sunshine Close, (off Suncliffe Drive/Rouncil Lane) Kenilworth.

The offenders gained entry through breaking a window and entering through a rear door. Once inside the offenders carried out an untidy search of the property. It is not clear at this stage what, if anything, has been stolen.

Car Key Burglary – Kenilworth

Please be aware that between Wednesday 26 October and 1800hrs on Friday 28 October 2022 offenders have broken into a property at Birmingham Road, Kenilworth.

The offenders have broken into the property through the rear door. Once inside the offenders have made an untidy search of the property and stolen several items.

In addition the offenders have also stolen two motor vehicles that were parked on the drive of the property. The motor vehicles stolen are a red Volkswagen Polo with a registration ending HSM and a black Mini with a registration ending WTV.

Burglary – Kenilworth

Please be aware that between 1945hrs and 2015hrs on Thursday 27 October 2022 offenders were disturbed by a neighbour and made off having broken into a property at Castle Hill, Kenilworth

The offenders broke in by smashing a small hole in the window of a rear patio door so they could turn the key which was in the lock on the inside of the patio door at the property.

Once inside they made an untidy search of the downstairs and upstairs property. It is not clear at this stage what, if anything, was stolen.
