Cultivation of Cannabis – Radford Semele

This morning (Sunday 16 February 2025), officers from Warwick Rural East Safer Neighbourhood Team along with other police officers from Warwickshire Police attended School Lane, Radford Semele.

Two individuals were located inside the property. A quantity of cannabis plants in varying stages of development were on display, along with some “DIY electrics”.

Cultivating cannabis can be very dangerous. Apart from it being illegal and the potential risk some individuals may pose but there is also an increased fire risk due to hazardous and unlawful adaptations to the electrics and electricity supply..

Two individuals are currently in custody, helping Warwickshire Police with their enquiries.

Burglary – Kenilworth

Please be aware that between Wednesday 5 February and Wednesday 12 February 2025 offender/s have gained entry to a property at Bullimore Grove, Kenilworth by smashing a rear upstairs window from the roof of a conservatory.

It is not clear at this stage, what, if anything, has been stolen.

Theft – Kenilworth

Please be aware that between midday on Thursday 6 February and 1300hrs on Saturday 8 February 2025 offender/s have stolen the drivers side wing mirror from a red BMW Mini that was parked at High Street, Kenilworth.

Attempted Burglary – Kenilworth

Please be aware that at approximately 1830hrs on Thursday 6 February 2025 two offenders have attempted to gain entry to a property at Leamington Road, Kenilworth. 

The offenders damaged a rear conservatory door before climbing onto the building and smashing the window frame to one of the main bedrooms of the property. The householder disturbed the offenders at this point causing them to make off without making entry to the property.

Stolen Vehicle Update – Kenilworth

We are pleased to report that the Land Rover Defender stolen in the early hours of Sunday 2 February 2025 from Kenilworth has been found and secured at a location in Coventry following joint work between Warwickshire and West Midlands Police.
