Thefts by Purse Pilferer caught on CCTV in Waitrose & Late Report of Burglary

Burglary – Caesar Road, Kenilworth.

Between midday and 2pm on Tuesday 4 February 2014, offender(s) unknown have gained entry to the Hong Kong Garden in Caesar Road, Kenilworth, by causing damage to a rear door and have stolen £200 worth of pound coins which was next to the till on the front counter. (We are sorry about the delay in providing this alert but have only just received it from Warwickshire Police)

Two thefts of purses from unattended trolleys in Waitrose, Kenilworth.

Please be aware that between 3pm and 4pm on Monday 10 February 2014, an offender has approached a trolley in Waitrose and has stolen a purse containing cash from a handbag that was left unattended in a trolley. On the same day at 5pm another purse was stolen from a bag that was left unattended. The offender has been seen on internal cameras and has been described as a white female, 5ft 9, fair shoulder length hair.
