Kenilworth Watch steps in to keep residents informed

Earlier this week Chief Superintendent Ben Smith at Warwickshire Police announced that from next week that the Community Messaging System operated by Warwickshire Police will cease. He also announced that a new messaging system will be launched in the near future to replace the discontinued system but at this point it is not possible to provide a date when this might be.

As a person who is already signed up to our automatic alerts you know ‘Kenilworth Watch’, provides website, email and twitter alerts, by working very closely with Warwickshire Police’s Neighbourhood Watch Team for Kenilworth on a seven day-a-week basis.

As we work with Kenilworth’s SNT on a daily basis we are pleased to confirm that Kenilworth Watch will still continue to provide crime alerts and community information for the Kenilworth Area.

Warwickshire Police have advised those that rely on their existing police CMS system for messages about Kenilworth that they can join Kenilworth Watch to continue to receive crime alerts and information.

As a recipient of this notice by email you are already signed up and need take no action, you will continue to receive any alerts and information we send out.
