A 31-year-old man from Coventry has been charged with committing a series of vehicle crimes in Kenilworth and Leamington. He has been charged with three counts of interfering with a motor vehicle, two counts of taking a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving without insurance and making off without payment. He was also charged with possession of cocaine.
The man was arrested by Warwickshire Police shortly after a report was received of someone trying car doors in Waverley Road, Kenilworth last week and he will appear at Warwickshire Magistrates’ Court on 26 February.
