I witnessed the removal of charity bags in Caesar Road on Wednesday 17 March at approximately 8.15am. The vehicle was a blue VW Touran, the first part of the registration number was VX05. It was not until the WNAA charity vehicle arrived later in the afternoon that I realised what had happened and notified the driver of the vehicle.
