Following a road traffic collision between two vehicles in the evening at Windy Arbour, Kenilworth on Thursday 15 April 2021 one of the drivers from a Kenilworth address was arrested on suspicion of being unfit to drive as a result of excess alcohol.
The individual recorded 76 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35 mg. The individual was subsequently charged with Drink Driving and will appear before Warwickshire Magistrates in due course.
