Please be aware that between 2245hrs and 2315hrs on Monday 18 April 2022 two offenders interfered with a Range Rover parked on a drive at Warwick Road, Kenilworth.
It is believed they had a laptop computer with them and may have been attempting a “keyless vehicle theft”. The offenders were disturbed and made off along Rouncil Lane.
Owners of motor vehicles with keyless entry systems are reminded to isolate the keys by turning off the signal if they have such a facility. If not, please fit a steering lock and place your keys in a metal container to prevent the keys signal being intercepted by criminals.
