  1. It is very disappointing to read all of these messages, on a normally daily basis, do we not have any police presence in Kenilworth overnight these days ???

    1. Michael – yes we do have a police presence in Kenilworth 24/7 plus a Safer Neighbourhood Team but there are over 20,000 people that live in Kenilworth and unfortunately the police cannot be in every road and street all the time. Kenilworth is no different to other comparable towns in terms of the events and crimes experienced. This latest burglary involved the snapping of a door lock, we have advised residents about the value of fitting anti snap locks as one of a range of deterrents. It is an inescapable fact that the police can only do so much and householders can and should play a part in taking reasonable steps with security and deterrents.
