Burglars at Work – Waverley Road & St Nicholas Road

Between 4.30 and 5pm on 21 January offenders climbed scaffolding and entered a home in Waverley Road, Kenilworth via an upstairs window, which had been left ajar.

The offender was seen by the occupant of the house who thought that it was a member of the family.  Nothing appears to have been stolen.

 During the night of 22 into 23 January offenders removed the beading to a side window at a home in St Nicholas Avenue, Kenilworth and entered the premises.  Once inside,  the offender stole 5 laptop computers, a wallet, cash and cards.

Burglary in Stoneleigh Road

 

A burglary took place at a home in Stoneleigh Road, Kenilworth on 17 January.

At some point between midnight and 11am on 17 January offenders cut the padlock off the door of an integral garage at a home in Stoneleigh Road, Kenilworth and then entered the premises.

The offenders then attempted to steal a whacker plate (machinery used to compact tarmac) but abandoned it on the driveway of the house.

ALERT – Burglaries at homes in St Johns Street & Fieldgate Lane, Kenilworth

Between 8.40 and 9.30am on Wednesday 9 December, offenders climbed onto the porch roof of a home in St Johns Street, Kenilworth and then forced open the hinges on a bedroom window to access the house. Once inside the offenders stole a PSP console, a Nintendo Wii, a laptop computer, a playstation, a 21in television and computer and monitor and some American white leather Nike trainers.

A witness saw a mint coloured vehicle, possibly a Renault, parked at the side of the premises at around 8.30am. The driver of the vehicle was seen to be loading items and is described as a white male, around 6ft tall and wearing sunglasses. A second male was white with blond spiked hair.

Between midnight and 2.20am on Thursday 3 December offenders entered a home in Fieldgate Lane, Kenilworth and stole several items including high value watches and the keys to an Audi S4 Quattro, which was then stolen from the driveway.

ALERT – Burglaries in Quarry Road & Bullimore Grove, Kenilworth – 1 December

We would like to make you aware of the following burglaries which have occurred in Kenilworth over recent days.

During the night of 30 November into 1 December offenders entered a home in Quarry Road, Kenilworth via a rear door and located the keys to a grey BMW Z4 Coupe vehicle. The vehicle was then stolen from the driveway.

Between 3.45 and 6.25pm yesterday evening, 1 December, offenders smashed the patio door os home in Bullimore Grove, Kenilworth and entered the premises which activated the intruder alarm. The offenders conducted a search of the house before making off. It is not clear exactly what was stolen.
