There have been two burglaries this week in Kenilworth. While it not suggested there is any linkage between the two incidents they are nevertheless close to one another. Residents are encouraged to keep a keen eye out for anything that looks out of the ordinary or suspicious and report it immediately.
Queens Road, Kenilworth
Between 1pm and 5pm on 27 August, offenders entered the front garden of a home in Queens Road, Kenilworth and forced the lock off the doors of a garden shed. Once inside the shed, the offenders stole a Carrera Karkinos limited edition pedal cycle and a skate board. The bike was white with red handle bars and a seat. Randall Road, Kenilworth
Between 12 midday on 26 August and 5pm on 27 August, offenders attempted to force open the rear patio door of a home in Randall Road, Kenilworth, causing the outer pane of glass to shatter. Damage was caused to the door and frame but the offenders failed to get inside the house and nothing was stolen. (This is Incident 353 of 27 August 2017)
