Keyless Car Theft – Kenilworth

Please be aware that between 2300hrs on Sunday 15 November and 0700hrs on Monday 16 November offenders have stolen a black Range Rover Evoke motor vehicle from a property at Inchbrook Road, Kenilworth. The property was not entered and the vehicle keys were not stolen.

It is likely that a keyless car key reader may have been used to steal the vehicle. Motor vehicle owners who have a keyless entry/operated vehicle are advised to always store their keys inside a “Faraday Cage” (a metal container that prevents a signal being reached or received from the keys).

Fire – Glasshouse Lane, Kenilworth

Warwickshire Police are asking anyone that may have been in the Glasshouse Lane/eastern end of Leyes Lane, area of Kenilworth between 2000hrs and 2115hrs on Saturday evening 14 November 2020 and who believe they saw or heard anything suspicious to contact them.

This relates to Incident 340 of 14 November 2020 –  and a fire that broke out in empty buildings at Southcrest Farm, Glasshouse Lane, Kenilworth.

Catalytic Converter Theft – Kenilworth


Please be aware that between 1845hrs on Wednesday 11 November and 1500hrs on Thursday 12 November 2020 offenders have removed and stolen a catalytic convertor from a blue Honda Jazz motor vehicle that was parked at La Reine Mews, off Coventry Road, Kenilworth.

Attempted Burglary – Kenilworth

Please be aware that between Monday 26 October and Saturday 7 November 2020 offenders have climbed over a gate into a garden and smashed a glass door panel and attempted to break into a property at Clarendon Road, Kenilworth. The offenders were unsuccessful in gaining entry to the property.

Burglaries – Kenilworth

Please be aware that between 17.30hrs and 1800hrs on Friday 30 October 2020 offenders have broken through a rear door and entered a property at Guy Road, Kenilworth.  Once inside the offenders have carried out an untidy search. A number of items have been stolen, including items of jewellery, a quantity of cash and a computer.

Please be aware that between 1600hrs and 2030hrs on Friday 30 October 2020 offenders have smashed and rear window and broken into a property at Dryden Close, Kenilworth. Once inside the offenders have conducted a very untidy search throughout the property and taken a number of items including a musical flutes, items of jewellery and computers.
